As a new type of energy battery,lithium battery has been widely used in electric bicycles because of its excellent performance.It has gradually replaced the traditional lead-acid battery as the power source of electric bicycle.However,lithium batteries may encounter the following problems during their work.First,when the lithium battery is in use,abnormal conditions such as excessive temperature and overcharge may occur,which not only reduces the service life of the battery,but also causes a safety accident such as spontaneous combustion or explosion of the battery.Second,lithium batteries have increased their risk of being stolen because of their small size and light weight.Firstly,in view of the problems existing in the use of lithium batteries,this paper summarizes the development status of battery remote monitoring systems at home and abroad,and analyzes the key technologies and architecture of the Internet of Things.Based on this,a design scheme of remote monitoring system for power lithium battery based on Internet of Things technology is proposed.The system can realize the collection,processing,wireless transmission and real-time monitoring of battery operating status information and position information.Then,the paper introduces in detail the hardware and software design of the battery terminal and the application of the extended Kalman filter algorithm.For the design of the hardware circuit,the terminal uses the STM32F103 type microcontroller as the core,and uses the CAN interface circuit,the GPS module and the GPRS communication module.For the terminal software design,J1939 and GPRS communication protocol design,GPS positioning function design,etc.were completed,which realized the collection and remote transmission of lithium battery information.Next,the extended Kalman filter algorithm is used to optimize the GPS positioning error,and static and dynamic experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of the filtering algorithm.Finally,the paper realizes the development and implementation of the remote monitoring platform.The monitoring platform adopts the B/S program design architecture and uses the MySQL database as the data storage center.The monitoring platform realizes network communication with the battery terminal,and can display the status information and position information of the battery in real time,such as realizing the status information inquiry of the battery,fault battery alarm,battery positioning,historical track playback and other functions.Through testing,the power lithium battery remote monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology developed by this design has normal functions and stable operation,and has achieved the expected design requirements.
