With the continuous development of industrial production automati c systems,the safety and reliability of industrial production systems receiving more and more attention.Research on fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control methods of control valve based on data driven helps to improve the safety and reliability of the system.In this paper,the fault of control valve is divided into additive fault and multiplicative fault.The fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control method of control valve based on data driven is studied by the liquid level data and the valve opening data of the single-tank liquid level fixed-value control system.The validity of the methods is verified by experiments.Main tasks as follows:(1)The basic composition and working principle of the liquid level control system,as well as the basic and principle knowledge used in data processing and fault feature extraction are expounded.The mathematical description of the additive fault and multiplicative fault of the control valve is established.The simulated fault generator and data acquisition experimental scheme are designed.The liquid level data and the valve opening data under various fault conditions are collected.(2)Through the analysis and mining of the data,the fault characteristic variables are determined,which are liquid level and control valve opening,and the dynamic characteristics of fault characteristic variables are taken as the fault characteristics.The fault diagnosis method of the control valve based on the data driven for liquid level control system is proposed,including fault detection method,fault estimation method and fault qualitative method of control valve.According to the proposed solution,their simulation modules were written in Simulink using S-Function.(3)Through the analysis of the system fault model and the output of the data driven fault diagnosis model of control valve,the parallel-compensated fault-tolerant control scheme of control valve is proposed,and the fault-tolerant control output compensation model under different fault types is given.According to the proposed solution,the fault-tolerant control module is written in Simulink using S-Function.(4)Through the re-acquisition of experimental verification d ata,the experimental results of fault detection,fault estimation,fault qualitative and fault-tolerant control method of control valve based on data driven for liquid level control system are tested.The performance of the above methods is analyzed with the result data.The results prove the validity of the fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control method of control valve based on data driven for the fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control of the control valve of the liquid level control system. |
