Research On Barrier-free Universal Design Of Urban Commercial Complex

With China becoming the country with the largest number of disabled people and the growing trend of population aging,barrier-free design in public places has become essential.In the past,barrier-free design was usually based on Barrier-free facilities.Now,with the development of general design theory,barrier-free design,as a general design method,is bringing convenience to people with inconvenience in more forms.Universal design theory not only guides the goal of barrier-free development,but also is the result of its development.Therefore,it can largely solve the limitations of barrier-free design and improve its design,with a wider perspective to examine and advocate the development of barrier-free design.As an indispensable public social service place for people's daily life and entertainment,commercial complex should not only meet the shopping and leisure needs of normal consumers,but also take care of the inconvenient people and provide more comfortable and convenient space.At present,China's attention to the accessibility of commercial buildings is not enough,facilities and environment are not perfect,and the relevant research needs to be improved urgently.This paper takes the barrier-free general design of commercial complex as a research topic,mainly discusses the existing barrier-free facilities in commercial complex imperfect,traffic is not smooth,not paid attention to by people and other issues.Combining with field investigation and relevant national norms,barrier-free design is perfected by universal design method,and the barrier-free general method framework of commercial complex is established.Firstly,this paper analyzes the barrier-free design and general design theory of commercial complex and puts forward the current situation,analyzes the development process of barrier-free design and the trend of transformation to general design.Summarize and compare the similarities and differences between barrier-free design and general design,and solve the problems involved in the design.This paper combines theory with practice,takes architectural knowledge as the research basis,and draws lessons from the research results of related disciplines such as behavioral psychology and ergonomics,hoping to play a guiding role in the future barrier-free general design of commercial complex and promote the harmonious development of society.
