Shandong province actively responds to the national call for green building concept,and constantly updates the requirements and norms under the green building concept.Hillside residential design compared to the ground more complex,different slope direction,slope position,the condition of wind field and the sunlight situation is different,and the mountainous landscape design,the relationship between the single building and subsequent selection etc.In this paper,under the background of the jinan slope construction as the emphasis,the full expansion to explore jinan slope how to meet the requirements of the implementation of the green building and residential area.The research of this topic is mainly summarized from five aspects:The first chapter,basic background part,first focuses on the exploration of the development and inevitability of green building and mountain building,determines the purpose and significance of this study,and collects related studies at home and abroad to understand the development process and main results of green building and slope building,on this basis to learn and develop.The second chapter,the investigation and arrangement part,arranges the ji 'nan slope residential green building elements.This paper mainly analyzes the topographic and geomorphic characteristics and mountain distribution of jinan city,and has a preliminary understanding and analysis of the distribution form and orientation of surrounding residential areas through investigation.The climatic characteristics of jinan were classified according to the standard of thermal comfort,and the technical measures and means adopted in each period were determined.According to the questionnaire and field investigation,the characteristics of heating and cooling and the current situation of maintenance structure in jinan slope area were analyzed and sorted out,providing persuasive power for the later calculation variables of energy saving.The third chapter,planning layout simulation research part.First of all,according to the green building design standards and the green building evaluation rules of sorting out the layout of residential level requirements,under the premise from jinan mountain,the first to explore the slope of architectural layout and the main influence factors in peacefully,the slope control variable simulation of wind environment and light environment,find different slope of different slope direction,slope on the planning layout of ventilation and the influence of the volume rate,in improving the quality of outdoor comfort at the same time,has reached the target section.The fourth chapter,the monomer simulation research part.As required by the green building codes,researched on the relation between architectural form and mountain,assisted by the software contrast graphic design,and through the energy consumption simulation to arrange slope area of jinan various thermal coefficient of the outside walls,roof,exterior wall heat transfer coefficient of heat transfer coefficient,absorption coefficient and shading coefficient,outside the window outside heat transfer coefficient,etc.)on the energy consumption of variable ratio,thus can provide energy for energy conservation and cost optimization of level of reference.The fifth chapter,the optimization of the actual case,the optimization of the jinan xijiangyu xiyuan residential area based on the concept of green building,mainly from the planning layout,indoor comfort and envelope energy saving aspects,to provide reference value for the following cases according to some projects.
