Wind power generation has always been a key characteristic industry of the autonomous region.With the increase of the installed capacity year by year,the accumulated installed capacity of the autonomous region has reached ten thousand megawatts.However,behind the huge amount of equipment installed is the continuous increase in the probability of fan fault shutdown after the warranty period,and the continuous increase in the maintenance cost of wind power gearbox,which greatly restricts the increase of wind farm benefits.In order to detect the early failure of the gear in time for remanufacturing and repair,the condition monitoring and failure feature extraction were carried out for the gear in the gearbox.Firstly,based on the vibration mechanism of the 1.5mw fan gearbox installed in the autonomous region,this paper studies the vibration characteristics of gear tooth breakage,pitting corrosion and wear in the wind power gearbox combined with the meshing process of the gears,and then analyzes the reasons for the difference in the characteristics of different failure types in the time domain and frequency domain.The method of extracting gear failure characteristics with vibration monitoring data is studied in this paper,which provides the basis for the matching of failure characteristics of fan gears in the autonomous region.Secondly,for the collected 9-day vibration data of the fan,wavelet denoising method is adopted to eliminate the noise interference in the vibration signal.The selection criteria of wavelet parameters at low and high speed are established to achieve the purpose of fast noise elimination.Then,after the cancellation noise vibration data from the view of time domain and frequency domain are analyzed,and the amplitude under different rotational speed and the change of the characteristic frequency characteristics,determine the gear tooth broke,the variation of time domain and frequency domain in pitting corrosion,wear,determine the gear pitting corrosion,wear occurs when the change of the frequency spectrum characteristics of gear box for other model provides a basic method of feature extraction.
