The detection and identification of wing defects and the management of defect data are an indispensable part of the industry.Due to the emergence of some defects such as scratch,dent in the process of using wing,different business people need to manage the data,and at present,most enterprises production line is mainly rely on artificial detection method to detect the defect of the wing,the detection efficiency is lower,also doesn’t have a unified management system to manage and maintain defect data,therefore,a wing defect detection system based on object detection has been designed.The system can detect the wing defects through the target detection algorithm model,and at the same time,it can support statistical management,user information management,menu and parameter management etc.The key work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyzed the development background and research status of the wing defect detection system.(2)Introduced the related technologies and model components of defect detection algorithm by the system briefly.(3)According to the method of software engineering life cycle,analyzed the business requirements of defect detection system,obtained the functional and performance requirements of the system,and designed the system.(4)Designed and implemented the defect detection algorithm.There are three defect types to be identified for the wing defect:spall,blister,and crack.At the same time,the location and degree of each defect type should be marked.According to the requirements of the three defect types,completed the training and testing of the defect detection algorithm.(5)Implemented the defect detection management system,and functional and non-functional tests are completed for the system,and precision tests for the defect detection algorithm are completed.The system has been officially put into operation.The completion of the system effectively realizes the detection function of wing defects,the management function of defect data,and improves the usage experience of institutional users.
