Studying the influencing factors of the scanning impact echo test system to detect the concrete beam plate is of great significance for the repair and reinforcement of the beam plate.In this paper,the accuracy of the beam-slab defect and the engineering application of the scanning impact echo system under different working conditions are tested by variables such as the diameter of the tunnel,the type of bellows,the form of the defect,the size of the defect,and the shape of the defect.The measurement uncertainty theory is used to analyze and evaluate the indoor model.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.According to the characteristics of prestressed tunnels,the existing problems of existing testing methods are studied.The background and significance of the selected topics are described with reference to a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,and the development of related fields at home and abroad is introduced.2.The instrumentation and analysis methods used in the test are introduced by detailing the basic principles of the impact echo method.3.In order to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the impact echo method for detecting internal defects of concrete structures,different bellows types,different grouting qualities,different pipe diameters,and defect sizes were designed according to the common quality defects of concrete structures in actual engineering.The concrete model specimens with different types and defects are different in shape,and the impact test method is used to test these model specimens.Based on this,the detection and identification method of the internal defects of concrete by impact echo method is studied in depth.The scope has been systematically studied.4.The scanning impact echo method is used to detect the internal defects of concrete,which is generally used for qualitative evaluation.This paper introduces the measurement uncertainty theory and analyzes the data of the scanning shock echo test so that the defects of the scanning shock echo can be Quantitative analysis is carried out to verify the scientificity of the model.The data of the measurement uncertainty is analyzed by the indoor model,and the analysis results are consistent with the preset internal defect distribution.5.A comprehensive summary of the theoretical and experimental research results of the impact echo detection method,and practical engineering practice research.
