Abstract/Summary:
Pile foundation technique develops significantly in the aspects of designing software,field construction,detection and geo-environmental influence evaluation.Three kinds of techniques,including static pressure pipe pile,long spiral bored pile and rotary dig bored pile,become increasingly popular in the Shenyang construction market.The construction techniques are mature and widely applied.This paper compares the field construction technique,adaption and economic cost of the three different methods.Focusing on real projects in Shenyang,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of static pressure pipe pile,long spiral bored pile and rotary dig bored pile,and discusses the key issues in the pile designing process.In detail,the geological condition,pile loading,project cost,project schedule,and geo-environmental influence and pile detection are compared between the three methods,so that the most important factors are focused during the planning stage of the construction.The paper analyzes the frequently encountered issues when using the techniques of the three kinds,and provides solutions accordingly.The results of the paper are meant to help engineers for pile designing and filed construction.
