GFRP rib has the advantages of light weight, high strength, strong corrosion resistance and strong electromagnetic insulation. The use of GFRP ribs instead of traditional steel bars as the force ribs applied to the engineering structure can fundamentally solve the problem of rust corrosion of reinforced concrete structures. However, because GFRP tendons are brittle materials, the plastic deformation ability is poor, and the stress and failure characteristics of GFRP reinforced concrete structures under earthquake action need to be further explored. The beam-column joints are the most important part of the engineering structure. The stability of the joints is related to the seismic performance of the whole structure.Based on the exploration of other scholars, the force of the GFRP-reinforced concrete beam-column joints under earthquake action is studied. And the damage characteristics are explored to analyze the seismic performance of GFRP reinforced concrete beam-column joints. In this paper, the jointss in the beam-column structure of the frame structure are taken as the research object. The GFRP bars are arranged as the force-receiving ribs in the jointss, and the joints members are designed by the scale. The seismic behavior of the GFRP reinforced concrete beam-column joints is analyzed from the perspectives of mechanical properties, stiffness degradation, ductility coefficient and energy dissipation. The effect of reinforcement ratio and loading method on seismic performance of joint members. In this experiment, five joint members were designed, four of which were GFRP reinforced concrete beam-column joint members, and one was ordinary reinforced concrete members.Through the summary of the test phenomena of five components and the analysis of test results, five node members were obtained. The seismic performance, through the analysis of the test results, the following conclusions:In a certain range, with the increase of the reinforcement ratio of the joint members, the mechanical properties, energy dissipation capacity and deformation capacity of the GFRP reinforced concrete beam-column joints are obtained,A certain increase;increasing the step size of the loading can increase the ductility coefficient and bearing capacity of the structure to a certain extent, but reduce the energy consumption of the structural members;although the GFRP rib members are inferior to the steel members in terms of ductility coefficient and energy dissipation capacity,It still shows good ductility when it is destroyed, showing good seismic performance.
