Research On The Space Design Of Jingdezhen Characteristic B&B Under The Influence Of Regional Culture

With the rapid development of economy and the rise of tourism,Bed and Breakfast,as an experiential living place,it breaks the traditional ways of travel and enriches the form and connotation of travel,and it has become a popular experiential form of sojourn at present.A variety of homestays are springing up throughout the country,however the domestic homestay started relatively late which causes the lack of in-depth interpretation and definition of it.Most of the homestays are built around tourist destinations and scenic areas,and the homestay design is simply a simple decoration and arrangement of the original home to meet the basic accommodation needs of the travellers.Currently,it is only a tourist accessory.The characteristic of the B&B is its unique difference and cultural penetration.How to integrate the cultural characteristics and cultural differences of the area into the design of the hotel,so that visitors can experience and feel the creative process of the local culture and give the new vitality and infection.Force is the problem we need to study in depth.Therefore,this article will take Jingdezhen B&B as an example to explore the relationship between regional culture and hotel design,which is divided into the following five parts:Firstly,through the analysis of the current situation of foreign B&B and some case studies,this paper aims to discuss the characteristics and differences of regional culture of homestay from place to place in order to clarifies the relationship between regional culture and homestay.Secondly,this paper is to study and analyze the regional culture of Jingdezhen and the development of some local homestays Thirdly,taking a house in Jingdezhen City as a practical research object,this paper intends to reveal the available design elements based on the regional culture of Jingdezhen,and then tries to apply and innovate these elements to the indoor accommodation,architectural appearance and courtyard landscape design of B&B.Fourth,discussing some concrete measures to combine the regional culture and the construction of homestay.It will be carried out from three aspects,namely regional cultural elements,colors and characteristic materials in Jingdezhen.Finally,the contemplation and expectation of the design of B&B with the characteristics of regional culture will be presented.
