Study On The Construction Of Handan Eco-city

With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,people begin to pursue a higher level of enjoyment of living environment while satisfying the basic material and cultural level.The future direction of urban development must be based on the construction of ecological city.So in the process of urban development,we must conform to its development law,deal with the coordination between man and nature,solve a series of problems in the process of urban development,such as ecological destruction,air pollution,excessive consumption of resources and energy,and sustainable population growth,and plan and build an eco-city that coordinates sustainable development.As the only mega-city in the border area of Shanxi,Hebei,Shandong and Henan provinces,Handan has neglected the ecological and environmental protection problems in recent years due to its excessive pursuit of economic development,which has resulted in a series of urban ecological problems.In order to solve the negative effects of the deterioration of ecological environment on Handan City,the construction of ecological city is the most effective means to realize the sustainable and coordinated development of social economy and ecological environment in Handan City.This paper summarizes the necessity and effectiveness of the construction of ecological city in Handan,analyses the problems existing in the construction of ecological city in Handan,analyses its causes,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide effective measures and optimization programs for the construction of ecological city in Handan from the aspects of management,policy,environment and education.The countermeasures to promote the construction of ecological city in Handan City are summarized,which mainly include seven aspects;propaganda and education of ecological consciousness,comprehensive treatment of water and air pollution,construction of urban basic service facilities,adjustment of industrial structure,ecological planning of old urban areas,ecological tourism planning,ecological legislation and government supervision.
