The progress of modern electronic technology has greatly promoted the development of automobiles.Electronic control technology is more and more widely used in automobiles.Electronic air suspension emerges as the times require.Electronic air suspension technology is a major innovation of traditional suspension technology.Compared with traditional suspension,electronic air suspension can effectively improve the ride comfort and handling stability of automobiles.This paper takes a certain type of air spring as the research object,establishes the vehicle 1/4 electronic control air suspension system,establishes the simulation model of the electronic control air suspension system and the simulation model of the active controller in Matlab/Simulink,establishes the simulation model of the PID controller and the fuzzy controller respectively,and simulates the active control of the electronic control air suspension system with the controller in Matlab/Simulink respectively.True,the mass acceleration signal on spring,suspension travel signal and tire dynamic load signal are recorded,and the passive control and active control of the same signal are compared and the conclusion is drawn.In order to verify the rationality of the active controller,a physical vibration test-bed was built.The physical air suspension system was placed on the vibration test-bed to test.The vibration test-bed simulated the actual road input.The vibration frequency of the vibration-table could be changed by the frequency converter to simulate the actual driving speed of the vehicle.Acceleration sensor,displacement sensor,pressure sensor and tension pressure sensor are installed on the vibration test bench.Acceleration signal of spring mass,suspension dynamic travel signal,gas pressure signal and tire dynamic load signal are recorded during the test.System input of 7 Hz frequency and 10 Hz frequency is selected for vibration test.Passive control,PID control and mode control are compared under each frequency.Fuzzy control acceleration signal,suspension dynamic travel signal,gas pressure signal and tire dynamic load signal are used to calculate the improvement degree of active controller to air suspension performance.The experimental results and simulation results show that the performance of the air suspension with active controller is much better than that of the passive air suspension.The air pressure of the air spring with active control is obviously reduced,and the mass acceleration of the spring and the dynamic load of the tire are greatly improved compared with that of the passive air suspension.
