| In the current society,the reliability of products is getting higher and higher.For such products with high reliability,such as hydraulic gearbox,there is usually zero failure datum or less failure data in their reliability tests.Quantitative representation of the reliability of such products is significant for understanding,analyzing and improving the reliability of the product.There are few existing studies and discussions on the reliability analysis of high reliability products with zero failure datum or less failure data.In order to solve such problems,this paper studies and discusses this according to the zero failure datum of gearbox.The main contents are as follows.1.In this paper,the reliability analysis of hydraulic transmission with zero failure datum is studied.This paper reasonably uses the information of hydraulic gearbox,such as life distribution model,life expectancy and scrapping indicators.In this paper,the virtual augmented sample method is used for data augmentation,the multi-layer Bayes method is used to estimate the failure probability,and the data fitting is performed by the least squares.Therefore,the reliability of the hydraulic gearbox with zero failure datum can be analyzed.Through the analysis and popularization of reliability analysis process of hydraulic gearbox,a reliability analysis method for products of high reliability is presented in this paper,and the feasibility of the method is verified by an example.2.In this paper,the reliability analysis of single failure datum is studied by using the reliability analysis method of zero failure datum.The likelihood function of single failure datum is discussed,and its general expression is given.According to the multi-layer Bayes method and least squares,the estimation of failure probability and reliability and its variation law are obtained.An example shows that the method in the paper can extend the reliability analysis method of zero failure datum to the one of the single failure datum,and the reliability analysis results of single failure data are reasonable.3.In this paper,the calculation method of multi-layer Bayes estimation of failure probability with zero failure datum and single failure datum is studied.Because the calculation of multi-layer Bayes estimation is complex,this paper reduces the weight of the correlation integral in order to simplify the calculation.The example shows that the error of the simplified method is smaller than that of the exact method. |
