| A regenerative biomass gasification combustion boiler is designed to solve the energy shortage and response national policies.However,in our country,there are few researches in the field of regenerative boiler and gasification process control,and the investigation on interlocking control between the two is even less.The control system plays an important role in improving boiler efficiency and reducing energy consumption.The fuel locker is a key component of the gasifier feeding system.The existing locker on the current market is prone to jams,stalls,and severe blade distortion,which seriously affects the gasifier’s work.Improving the structure of the locker is of great significance to the normal use of the gasifier.A control scheme based on PLC and frequency converter was designed for the characteristics of the system and the the task of control requirements.First,the key components of the four-way reversing valve,three-way reversing valve and locker on the gasifier of the heat storage boiler were designed.After determining the basic tasks of control,the controllability of the system was analyzed.According to the basic tasks,the entire system is divided into five interrelated subsystems:steam pressure system,flue gas oxygen content system,hearth pressure system,gasification furnace gasification intensity system,and commutation system.The system control modes are determined and designed control block diagram of the system.At the same time,the hardware design of the control system includes PLC selection,I/O address allocation,frequency converter selection and distribution,and measurement instrument selection.In consideration of the actual work problem of the lock feeder,the structural problems were determined through theoretical analysis and ANSYS analysis.Four kinds of structural improvement design schemes were proposed.A set of experimental testing system based on multi-function electric meter and PC monitoring interface is set up.The monitoring interface is developed with the help of king view,and a suitable communication scheme is selected.Finally,the improved structure and analytical test data are tested through experiments.The experimental results show that:the improved structure can effectively improve the problem of lock and carton,and summarize the optimal structure and operation parameters of the locking device. |
