In order to implement the blue sky defense war plan,promote the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction,and improve urban air quality.It is necessary to reduce the discharge of industrial pollutants.Among them,high specific resistance dust is the main emission.In the environment with large dust specific resistance,the charged dust discharges slowly,which makes the dust on the dust collecting pole difficult to remove,thus causing anti-corona phenomenon.Using chopping pulse technology to apply to the dust removal power supply,it can suppress the anti-corona phenomenon of occur.In this paper,a biased chopper pulse power supply is designed.The power supply can generate high voltage and large current pulses with long time interval,which can suppress the occurrence of back corona and improve the dust removal efficiency.The chopper high voltage pulse power supply designed in this paper uses IGBT series technology to generate high voltage pulse.Through the voltage equalization circuit to solve the problem of IGBT voltage distribution imbalance,the factors affecting the series voltage equalization of IGBT are analyzed by Saber software and the voltage equalization circuit is designed.In the driver circuit module,the isolation transformer drive circuit of IGBT is designed,and the feasibility of the transformer is verified by Saber software.In the high-voltage DC part,BUCK and LCC inverter are designed.The inverter bus voltage can be adjusted quickly by changing the duty cycle and the working principle and parameter design of the LCC inverter are analyzed.The feasibility of the inverter under different loads is verified by simulation.Secondly,the control part of the pulse power supply adopts STM32F407 singlechip microcomputer as the Controller.In the spark control,the spark detection and flashover processing program is designed.In the case of high specific resistance dust,envelope pulse is used to give enough discharge time for dust.By sampling the voltage and current,the incremental PID is used to control the pulse voltage and the simulation is performed by MATLAB,which verifies the stability of the PID.The wireless communication technology is adopted in the monitoring part,and the EC20 module and Alibaba Cloud are used to realize information transmission.PC side can use VB and configuration combination to observe data and waveform changes in real time.Finally,a chopper high-voltage pulse power supply was developed,and the stability and controllability of the power supply were verified by the test results.The pulse power supply was installed and debugged at the industrial site,tested by superposition of pulsed power supply,it is verified that chopper high voltage pulse can suppress anti-corona phenomenon and improve dust removal efficiency.
