In recent years,with the increasingly prominent environmental problems,the contradiction between China's traditional energy structure based on fossil energy and rapid development of economic society has become more and more obvious.Driven by the policy,China's clean enercy power generation is developing rapidly.As the most important clean energy in China,wind energy is subject to the natural random characteristics of wind energy and the reverse distribution of resources and demand.The problem ofwind abandonment has become a difficult point in the development of wind power in China.As a kind of flexible resource,the demand side resource can optimize the user's own power consumption behavior by providing reasonable measures to guide the user to respond,and provide system backup to promote wind power consumption.This paper takes wind power consumption as the research object,deeply analyzes how to realize wind power optimization scheduling and evaluates the benefit result under the participation of demand response.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the current status of energy development in China,and focuses on the development of wind power and draws the main reasons for limiting the wind power consumption in China.The system introduces the main way of demand response,and models and analyzes the way demand response works.Secondly,the IBDR is analyzed with the interruptible load as an example.The model with incentive compatibility characteristics is established,and the dynamic game method is introduced to bid.The model simulation results show that the interruptible load bid can prompt users to use real information in power.The market conducts interruptible load bidding,and user revenue and power company compensation costs will gradually reach a stable level.Taking the time-sharing electricity price as an example,the PBDR mode of action is analyzed.The results show that the time-sharing electricity price has better peak-shitting and grain-filling characteristics,which can effectively optimize the user load curve,and the effect is closely related to the user price elasticity.Thirdly,the wind power consumption optimization scheduling model considering both the inteiTuptible load and the time-sharing electricity price is established.The results show that in the case of considering the demand response,the proportion of wind power consumption is obviously improved,the cost of abandoned wind is reduced,the operating cost and environmental cost of thermal power generation are significantly reduced,and the economic efficiency of the system is improved,which proves that the model is promoting wind power consumption.It has obvious effects in improving the economics of power system operation.Finally,based on the current research on the effect evaluation of demand response,this paper studies the effect of demand response on the basis of the previous research.Establish a comprehensive evaluation index system that can reflect the economic and social environmental benefits of wind power grid integration,and introduce the number of intervals to quantify the evaluation indicators.The evaluation results show that multiple demand responses work best together.
