With the deepening and advancement of energy Internet construction in China,a large number of new energy resources,such as wind power and photovoltaic power,have been gradually connected to the system.However,most of the new energy resources have the characteristics of intermittent,randomness and fluctuation,which greatly restrict the efficient use of new energy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the flexible bidirectional interaction regulation between the generation side and the demand side of new energy for the absorption of new energy.Observing the potential of new energy absorbed by load groups and formulating real-time dynamic load cluster control strategy can effectively take into account the user’s electricity demand,and greatly mention the utilization rate of new energy.It is of great significance to comprehensively observe the operation state of demand side load,effectively calculate the distribution of load state and the range of absorption at the next moment,and then rationally plan the task allocation of new energy absorption,so as to improve the utilization rate of new energy and enhance the satisfaction of users with electricity consumption.Therefore,this thesis presents a load group situation observer model,which is based on Kalman filter theory and improved incremental modulation method.It can observe and calculate the new energy absorbability of multiple load groups,and then provide a basis for new energy mission planning.It enables user-side load to absorb new energy adaptively,and is no longer a rigid absorbance according to the established task curve.The simulation results show that the load group state observer model can effectively observe the load group’s acceptable range and provide guidance for new energy absorption mission planning.The demand side needs to implement the load regulation strategy when the load group obtains the absorption task curve.A load regulation method based on hybrid logic dynamic model is proposed.The discrete switching state and continuous changing state of load group are combined into a unified model,and the user’s behavior is taken into account.The variable weight control strategy is formulated,which not only meets the new energy consumption,but also takes into account the user’s satisfaction,and realizes the new energy consumption more reasonably.The simulation results show the load control strategy based on hybrid logic dynamic model can improve the utilization of new energy within the user’s expectations.
