In order to solve the greenhouse effect and environmental pollution caused by the fossil energy utilization process,the status of new energy in the energy strategy is also constantly improving.With the deepening of research and practice,solar collectors are further developed for their many advantages.The emphasis on research and development of solar thermal utilization has also been put on the agenda.Among them,medium-high temperature solar thermal power generation technology has attracted widespread attention.Trough solar collectors are the most popular type of collectors in the field of solar photovoltaics due to their wide range of applications and high commercial value.In this paper,the following research is carried out on the trough solar collector:(1)The Trace Pro software was used to simulate the heat flux density of the heat collecting tube in the collector.Trace Pro software is a ray simulation software based on Monte Carlo Ray Tracking(MCRT).On this basis,the influence law of solar radiation intensity on the energy flow density of trough solar collector is analyzed.(2)The mathematical model of the heat transfer flow of the trough solar collector is established.Combined with the distribution characteristics of the Heat flux density in the circumferential direction of the surface of the endothermic tube obtained in the previous section,the boundary conditions are used to simulate the solar radiation using CFD software.The effect which the radiation intensity,different heat transfer medium,tube wall roughness,collector inlet fluid temperature and the velocity put on the collection efficiency,the fluid temperature rise through collector tube,the pressure loss and other collector thermal performance;The temperature distribution characteristics of the surface of the collector tube are analyzed,and the influence of the temperature and flow velocity of the collector inlet on the temperature distribution characteristics of the tube wall is obtained.(3)A scheme for optimizing the structure of the trough solar collector system is proposed.The simulation of the optimized collector is carried out.It is preliminarily determined that the optimized scheme can improve the heat flux density distribution around the tube of the collector tube,making the heat flux density more Evenly.The above research results will provide theoretical guidance for the development and design of new collectors.
