Abstract/Summary:
For a hundred years,the emergence and development of aircraft has brought prosperity to the air transport industry.Designing better aircraft components to improve performance is what designers are striving for.The flight load is transmitted to the load-bearing component of the aircraft through the connecting piece,causing local stress concentration on the load-bearing component and making the load-bearing component become a weak part of fatigue failure.Since the detail features of the components are directly related to the stress distribution,it is necessary to analyze the influence of the detail features on the performance of the load-bearing components to design or improve structures accordingly.The fatigue life of the aircraft web plate is insufficient during use.In this paper,the web plate is taken as the research object,and it is studied by the combination of finite element analysis and experimental verification.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the ANSYS Workbench platform,the finite element model of the web plate is established and the stress distribution and fatigue performance after loading are analyzed.The analysis shows that: The reason of fatigue failure is that the stress level of the bolt hole is too high;Comparative analysis shows that: Compared with the original structure,the performance of the web with increased ribs is degraded,while the performance of the web with increased chamfering is improved.The reason is that the change in structure causes a subsequent change in local stiffness,and the change in local stiffness ultimately leads to a change in the distribution ratio of the load in each part of the web plate.The comparison test results of the aircraft web plates are consistent with the conclusions of the finite element analysis.Secondly,an accurate model of the connecting shaft and a parametric model of the web plate are established.Comparing and analysis about the structural details based on the connecting shaft accurate model are carried out in order to optimize the structure;The relationship between the change of detail parameters and fatigue life and quality is obtained by calculating the parametric model based on the response surface method;By using multi-objective genetic algorithm to optimize the detailed parameters,the best combination of parameters are obtained.The research results of this paper provide a basis for the improving design of aircraft web plate,and also provide reference for the designing,improvement and reliability analysis of other load-bearing components.
