Gas-steam combined cycle power generation is an important way to use natural gas efficiently.Gas-steam combined cycle units(hereinafter referred to as combined cycle units)have improved energy efficiency compared to coal-fired units,but many gas-fired thermal power plants have lost profits and even lost money due to higher natural gas costs.Therefore,under the background of heat-fixing,it is of great significance to reduce the cost of the entire thermal power plant and improve its economic benefits by rationally distributing the load and optimizing the operation mode of the equipment of the gas-fired thermal power plant.In this paper,the combined cycle unit and gas-fired boiler(hereinafter referred to as the fuelburning boiler)of a gas-fired thermal power plant are taken as research objects.For the existing marginal contribution model of combined cycle units,the model is considered considering the factors such as power consumption and heat pipe loss.Corrected and based on the revised model,the economic analysis of the combined cycle unit revealed the inherent contribution between the marginal contribution of the combined cycle unit,the price(gas,electricity,heat,water),natural gas consumption,electric load,and heat load.alternative relation.For the fuel boiler,the marginal contribution model is established considering various loss factors(heating tube damage,boiler power),and the marginal contribution of the fuel pot,price(gas,heat,water),natural gas is revealed through economic analysis.Intrinsic change relationship between factors such as consumption and heat load.This paper proposes the marginal contribution of natural gas produced per unit volume to evaluate the economics of the equipment.By drawing the marginal contribution curve of the combined cycle unit and the fuel volume per unit volume of natural gas,the economical critical point of the gas turbine is found.When the gas turbine load is above this critical point,it is more cost-effective to use the combined cycle unit for heating.It is more cost-effective to use a gas cooker.Under the condition of completing the annual total power generation plan and meeting the heat load demand of the surrounding heat users,the coordinated coupling operation strategy of the combined cycle unit and the fuel boiler is proposed to maximize the economic benefits of the gas turbine thermal power plant.Finally,based on the above model and strategy,the planning and design of the application software is completed.This software can be used to accomplish the output analysis and economic analysis of the combined cycle unit and the fuel boiler,and graphically represent the change relationship.At the same time,this software can be used to calculate the overall economical optimal operation plan of the combined cycle unit and the fuel boiler,which provides guidance for the actual operation of the gas turbine thermal power plant,and is of great significance for improving economic benefits.
