The influence of meteorological conditions on the parameters of overhead transmission lines cannot be ignored.Obtaining the actual parameters of transmission lines in time and accurately under different meteorological conditions plays an important role in ensuring the accuracy and safe operation of various analysis and calculation of power systems.The basic calculation method of overhead transmission line parameters is analyzed.Through the understanding and analysis of the calculation process and principle,the influence of meteorological conditions on the overhead transmission line sag and space permittivity is determined when studying the influence of meteorological conditions on the parameters of overhead transmission lines.Consider both aspects.Combined with the basic calculation method of transmission line sag,the influence of temperature,ice cover and wind speed on the transmission line sag is studied.The calculation method of the dielectric constant of wet air under different air temperature and relative humidity is derived by using the theory of dielectric properties of air and the equation of ideal gas state.The mixed medium equivalent dielectric constant model is used to study the calculation method of mixed dielectric constant under the condition of fog and air mixing and the equivalent method of ice layer in calculating the capacitance parameters,in order to study the parameters correction of overhead transmission lines under different meteorological conditions.Provide a theoretical basis.The parameters correction method of overhead transmission lines under different meteorological conditions is studied to obtain the specific parameters of specific air temperature,wind speed,relative humidity(fog visibility)and overhead transmission line thickness as the reference parameters.The meteorological conditions are used as the reference meteorological conditions.The relationship between the parameters of the overhead transmission line and the meteorological condition under the condition that the meteorological condition in the reference meteorological condition is changed and the other meteorological conditions are unchanged is obtained separately.Based on the benchmark parameters,the relationship between the obtained overhead transmission line parameters and meteorological conditions is calculated,and the correction equation of meteorological conditions for overhead transmission line parameters is obtained.Taking the single-circuit overhead transmission line with two ground lines as an example,the proposed method is used to obtain the correction equation of meteorological conditions for overhead transmission lines,and the accuracy and practicability of the calibration equation are verified.
