The Regional Energy Internet proposes to build a closed-loop system that transitions energy-led to information-led regions,improving system controllability,reliability and balance,and reducing external dependence.At this stage,regional energy trading is still based on traditional energy trading methods,using a single unified pricing,third-party electricity sales,and traditional methods of transmission and distribution.In regional energy trading,traditional trading methods have problems such as insufficient long-distance supply and demand,low transaction efficiency,high transportation process cost,and waste of resources.One of the characteristics of regional energy Internet is to generate direct value through energy production transactions.The current energy transaction begins to try to purchase large users directly to carry out the day-to-day transaction,realize the separation of distribution,and build an active distribution network combined with regional power grid and new energy power generation.And supporting facilities,and finally form a pattern of distributed power generation fully involved in power trading.This paper analyzes the characteristics of regional energy trading,and builds the basic application structure of regional energy trading based on blockchain based on blockchain intelligent contract,distributed accounting,peer-to-peer transaction and privacy protection,including the underlying technology and development platform,development language and application functions.The decentralized transaction model based on blockchain technology and the transaction method of intra-regional production and elimination are given.The smart contract is deployed in the blockchain network and called,and the transaction can be automatically executed and stored in the distributed ledger.Designing a regional energy trading model based on smart contracts,the producers within the region can send transaction requests through the blockchain network,obtain the clearing price through the two-way auction pricing mechanism,respond to the transaction request,trigger the state machine to execute the contract,and complete the transaction.Taking the regional energy trading of multiple producers in the park as an example,the regional energy trading process based on smart contracts is given.In order to verify the feasibility of the smart energy-based regional energy trading method,a blockchain network such as Ethereum and Hyperledger Fabric was used to build an experimental environment,and a multi-node cluster network was built to simulate regional energy transactions,according to the transaction process.Transaction experiment to verify the feasibility of a smart energy-based regional energy trading method.The decentralized transaction model based on blockchain technology and the transaction method of production and consumption in the region provide a new technical means for the study of regional energy transactions.
