Study On Mechanism Modeling And Dynamic Characteristics Of Submerged Electrode Boiler System | | Posted on:2020-03-16 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:X F Yuan | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2392330578466564 | Subject:Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In the "three north" area of China,the proportion of heating units is very high.During the winter heating period,the heating units will maintain a high forced output due to the constraint of "fixing electricity with heat".The forced output of thermal power plant can be reduced by using large electric boiler.The thermoelectric coupling of the decoupled thermal power plant can increase the peak-load capacity of the system.The structure and working principle of electrode immersion electric boiler are studied.The related parameters of the model are determined.The accuracy of the model is confirmed by comparing the dynamic data with the measured data.This model can provide reference for electric boiler to participate in peak load regulation operation and electric boiler control.The linearization model is established by analyzing the basic principle and coupling characteristic of electric boiler.The basic control scheme is studied.The simulation results show that the decoupling control system can effectively reduce the influence of power loop disturbance on the steam temperature loop and meet the demand of the electric boiler system for rapid lifting load.In order to improve the operation flexibility of heating unit and increase the rate of load change of heating unit.The scheme of using large capacity electrode boiler to improve the load change rate and reduce the load in wide range is studied.The mathematical model of electrode immersion boiler is combined with the model of heating unit.The combination of electrode boiler and heating unit can improve the rate and range of load change of heating unit.The results show that the coordinated heat supply unit with electrode boiler can increase the load change rate of the unit and greatly reduce the load change limit,which can improve the operation flexibility of the unit. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | mechanism modeling, simulation, electrode immersion boiler, decoupling control, heating unit | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
