In response to the national power development plan and improving the absorption capacity of renewable energy,the power generation industry has actively strengthened the deep peaking regulation capacity of thermal power units to improve the flexibility and economy of thermal power units.Large-scale fans such as blowers,induced draft fans,and primary fans among the main auxiliary equipments of thermal power units have received great attention in the power industry.Therefore,this paper takes large-scale axial flow blower as an example to study the characteristics analysis and optimization control of large-scale wind turbines in thermal power units.In the analysis of the characteristics of large-scale wind turbines in thermal power units,a neural network optimization algorithm is used to establish a simulation model for the energy consumption characteristics of large axial flow fans,and energy consumption analysis is carried out.Based on the static performance curve and related parameters provided by the manufacturer,the mathematical model of the static performance of the large axial flow blower is established.Based on the mathematical model of the static performance of the axial flow blower,combined with the characteristics of the pipeline corresponding to the blower in actual operation,in the adjusting mode of adjusting the adjustable rotor blade,the model of the relation between regulation instruction and air volume is established.The energy consumption analysis model and efficiency analysis model are established by using the actual data of the power plant.Based on the regulation instruction--air volume relation model,energy consumption analysis model and efficiency analysis model,the energy consumption characteristic analysis model of the axial flow blower is established.And the energy consumption characteristics of the single blower operation mode and that of the parallel operation mode of the two blowers are compared and analyzed.In the research on optimization control of large axial flow blower of thermal power unit,based on the analysis of energy consumption characteristics of the large axial flow blower of thermal power units,the combination of single blower operation,load unbalanced parallel operation of two blowers and load balance parallel operation of two blowers is proposed.And the combined operation mode is implemented in Matlab/Simulink,and the verification test is carried out on the dSPACE-based thermal power unit control strategy simulation platform.Firstly,under the adjusting mode of adjusting the adjustable rotor blade,combined with the regulation instruction--air volume relation model of the axial flow blower,the air volume control system model was constructed,which is prepared to explore the optimization control strategy.Secondly,the blower command coefficient is introduced.The logic of increasing and decreasig the blower command coefficient,the judgment logic of incorporating or quiting the blower and the hysteresis nonlinear module are designed to realize the automatic disturbance-free switching of three blower operation modes.Then,the optimization control strategy is used in the air volume control model for simulation and debugging.Finally,the control strategy is test on the thermal power unit control strategy simulation platform based on dSPACE.
