Aeolian vibration is the most common form of wind-induced vibration of overhead conductor,which has a great impact on the service life and reliability of conductor.At present,many achievements have been made in the study of the characteristics of conductor,stockbridge damper and aeolian vibration at home and abroad,but the dynamic characteristics and aeolian vibration characteristics of the conductor with stockbridge dampers is not well understood.In view of this,the above problems are studied and the main contents of research are as follows.The stockbridge damper is simplified as a two-degree-of-freedom vibration model,the vibration equation of the stockbridge damper under the excitation of conductor displacement and its general solution are given.The vibration equation of overhead conductor considering the effect of stockbridge damper is established,and the calculating formulas for the force of stockbridge damper on conductor and the wind-induced vibration force are determined.The solution of vibration equation of overhead conductor is studied.Considering the steady-state vibration of conductor,the finite difference method is used to obtain the differential equation of conductor vibration.The method for solving the dynamic and aeolian vibration characteristics of the conductor with stockbridge damper is given,and the corresponding calculation program is compiled and the effectiveness of the method and program is verified by examples.The dynamic characteristics and aeolian vibration characteristics of conductor with stockbridge damper are studied,including the influence of the stockbridge damper on the natural frequency and the modeshape of conductor,the influence of the model of stockbridge damper,the position of the hanging point and the number of stockbridge damper on the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the aeolian vibration of the conductor.The results show that,the installation of stockbridge damper affects the natural frequency and mode shape of conductor.The type of stockbridge damper affects its main frequency,and the more the main frequency,the better the anti-vibration effect.The number of stockbridge damper has a certain effect on the suppression of aeolian vibration,but if the number of stockbridge damper reaches a certain level and continues to increase,the effect is not significant.The location of the stockbridge damper has a great influence on the suppression of aeolian vibration.The installation position of the stockbridge damper determines its failure frequency.Symmetrical or equidistant installation of the stockbridge damper will lead to symmetrical or equidistant failure.
