| With the increasing proportion of clean energy in the power system,it becomes more and more difficult for the power grid to complete peak shaving task while integrating the large-scale clean energy.The phenomenon of wind power abandonment is relatively serious,it leads to the waste of resources.Generally,nuclear power in China does not participate in peak shaving,and transmit energy to the power grid at the state of rated power,its flexibility of peak shaving capability can’t be brought into full play.In view of the above two problems,considering two perspectives:the operation mode of nuclear power participating in peak shaving,the rational planning of nuclear power output to improve system’s wind power integration capability,then proposing a multi power combined optimal scheduling with wind-nuclear coordination,the research contents include the following:Firstly,the feasibility and related problems of nuclear power peak shaving are analyzed,and then considering the constraints of nuclear power peak shaving,a nuclear power peak shaving mode suitable for coordinating wind power output is established:"(22-x)-1-x-1".Under this output mode,the power changing time of nuclear power continued 1 hour,and the peak-shaving depth is 15%_NP.The low power operation time and the specific distribution of high and low power operation time are determined by wind power forecast data with the Pearson correlation coefficient method.Secondly,a multi power combined optimal scheduling with wind-nuclear coordination is proposed.Probabilistic constraints are introduced to deal with the uncertainty of wind power.The objective of the optimization is to minimize the operation cost and maximize the wind power integration.At the same time,the constraints such as output constraints,load reserve constraints and power balance of all kinds of units are taken into account.PSO is used to solve the optimal operation mode of units.Finally,an example is given to analyze the practical results of the dispatch operation model,the data came from three weeks in January,April and July,2016.The results show that,compared with the traditional scheduling operation mode that nuclear power tracking the load,the operation mode proposed can improve the wind power integration capability,reduce the peak load regulation pressure of thermal power units and save the total operating cost of the system in a seven-day dispatching cycle. |
