Affected by energy scarcity and environmental pollut ion,environmental fr iend-ly and saving energy vehicles will inevitably receive more and more attention and love.Accelerating the development of new energy vehicles is of great significance to China's revitalizat ion of the automobile industry,ensuring energy securit y and imple menting energy conservation and emiss ion reduction.Driving motors as the core component of new energy vehicles have become focus of scholars' research.Flux switching permanent magnet motor stands out among many types of driving motors because of its unique advantages.Flux switching permanent magnet motor is a new stator permanent magnet brushless motor wit h high power and torque dens ity,and the rotor structure is simple,reliable operation.However,the high air gap magnetic density of the motor makes it have large cogging torque,which in turn generates large torque ripple.This thesis builds a model of 12-slot/10-pole flux switching permanent magnet motor,explains the flux switching principle and consistency and complementarit y of the winding.In addit ion,Establishes the mathematical model of motor in stator and rotor coordinate system and theoretical basis for the design of flux switching permanent magnet motor.At the same time,the power equation of flux switching permanent magnet motor is derived.According to the relationship between various parameters of the motor in design scheme,the init ial size of motor 's structural parameters is obtained,and the general design flow of the motor is given.Then the static characterist ics simulation analys is is carried out,including magnetic field distribution,permanent magnet flux linkage,back electromotive force,cogging torque and electromagnetic torque.Final,trimming teeth,U-shaped teeth and flange teeth based on 12-slot/10-pole flux switching permanent magnet motor is proposed.Finite element method analyzes and evaluates torque characterist ics of different novel teeth from average electromagnetic torque,cogging torque,torque ripple.The results verify that the proposed three novel tooth shapes,especially rotor wit h U-shaped teeth and rotor with flange teeth,could effectively reduce cogging torque and torque ripple at only slight reduce in the average electromagnetic torque.
