With the comprehensive development of the power system,the requirements of power quality and reliability in every field are also increasing.220 kV substation as the hub of the municipal grid is particularly important to vigorously promote the urbanization economic development in our country and ensure the stability of power grid.Therefore,the feasible design of 220kV power transmission and transformation project is imperative.The typical substation design unified construction standards,specification,unified equipment to reduce equipment type,easy to focus on the size of the tender,convenient operation and maintenance,reduce the cost of substation construction and operation;adopts modular design,convenient splicing and accelerate the expansion plan,design,review and approval progress,improve work efficiency.But China's vast area,the gap between the natural conditions in each area is large,how to suit one's measures to local conditions,do a good job of power transmission and transformation projects energy-saving thermal design is particularly important.Based on the needs of economic development in Xindi area and the development plan of Xindi City Power Grid,this paper demonstrates the necessity of the construction of Xindi 220kV power transmission and transformation project.Combined with the construction scale of power transmission and transformation engineering,the system access scheme and the primary and secondary schemes related to the project are proposed.This paper focused on improving energy efficiency and the key points of comprehensive energy utilization are taken into account.Taking full account of the characteristics of winter cold in Northeast China,the cold-resistant energy-saving work is carried out into all links of power transmission and transformation projects,which making full use of resources and saving investment in engineering.Meanwhile,this paper put forward technical measures for comprehensive cold resistance in power transmission and transformation projects in Northeast China.At present,the new 220kV power transmission and transformation project has entered the stage of concrete design and construction.This paper solves the practical problems in the 220kV power transmission and transformation project in Xindi,and has certain guiding significance for the design and construction of power transmission and transformation engineering.
