The construction of the Shahe Aqueduct in the middle line of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project adopted the technology of “transport aqueduct on the aqueduct”.That is,set up the channel track on the top of the thin-walled aqueduct that has been erected.The girder transport vehicle carrying the aqueduct to be erected walked on the aqueduct that had been erected.Therefore,the safety of the conveyer and load-bearing aqueduct body has become the technical bottleneck and key to the successful implementation and promotion of the prefabrication construction method of super large prestressed concrete aqueduct.In order to solve the problems of safety,stability,and equilibrium of already-built aqueduct and the girder transport vehicle,the paper analyzes the structural properties of the vehicle and the mechanical properties of the aqueduct by finite element technique.The main work done is as follows:The first part mainly studies the structure of the girder transport vehicle,we use SOLIDWORKS to create a 3D solid model of the vehicle.Then to establish the seamless connection between SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS Workbench,the structure of the vehicle was divided into grids in ANSYS Workbench,and the finite element model of the vehicle was obtained.After setting the relevant parameters and applying the load,the static force analysis of the vehicle is carried out to extract the stress and strain distribution map of the overall structure of the vehicle under the actual working load.The static analysis is carried out,and the stress and strain distribution of each load beam under the actual working condition load are obtained.We perform modal analysis on the vehicle to calculate the first ten natural frequency of it,and extract the vibration pattern of the first ten natural frequency.The strength,stiffness and stability of the structure of the girder transport vehicle are tested.The second part mainly studies the load-bearing aqueduct in the construction.Using VB6.0 programming language write the program of Internal force support aqueduct when girder transport vehicle walks on the top of the aqueduct.The longitudinal stress,transverse stress and deformation of the load-bearing aqueduct are obtained by using ANSYS Workbench software to finite element calculation.The safety and stability of the bearing aqueduct body were verified.Through modern design and technical means,it is verified that the use of " transportaqueduct on the aqueduct " technology on the erected thin-walled aqueduct is reasonable and feasible,and provides data support for better popularization and application of super-large prestressed concrete aqueduct prefabricated facilities.
