With the change of times,the construction industry in China is gradually transitioning from large-scale new construction stage to the stage of both new construction and renovation and maintenance.The reinforcement of buildings has become a focus.In recent years,the fabric-reinforced cementitious matrix system has been widely focused in construction industry.The advantages of FRCM,such as high strength,high modulus,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,simple construction and compatibility with concrete,have avoided the defects of traditional FRP materials and become a new means of research in the field of reinforcement,with profound research value.In this project,basalt fiber is selected to make fabric grid,forming BFRCM reinforcement system to strengthen reinforced concrete beams.The topic comes from jilin province science and technology key project.‘Application and technology development of basalt fiber in structural reinforcement project in seasonal frozen area(20180201079SF)'and‘Industry innovation special fund project of jilin provincial development and reform commission '(2017C050-3).The research content of this paper is an important research content of the two projects.In this paper,based on the related experimental research,B-FRCM flexural strengthening reinforced concrete beams are theoretical researched by using the finite element analysis method.This article creates eight numerical simulationmodels of RC beam,consider reinforcement layer(1layer,2layers,3 layers)and reinforcement ratio influence(0.72% and 1.27%),the flexural strength,flexural rigidity and ductility of the beams are studied.The results show that the yield load and ultimate load of reinforced concrete beams reinforced with B-FRCM are increased and the mid-span deflection is greatly reduced.As the number of fiber layers increases,the ultimate bearing capacity and flexural stiffness of the strengthened beam will increase,and the ductility will decrease.But these changes are not linear,that is,there is a reasonable amount of reinforcement.Under the premise of achieving the optimal reinforcement effect,as far as possible to reduce the cost of materials.The reinforcement ratio of the strengthened beam is inversely proportional to the improvement of the bending resistance.In addition,this paper summarized the foreign researchers proposed FRCM formula of the bearing capacity of the back rest system,based on the model parameters are set in this paper,the ultimate bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete beam after B-FRCM reinforcement calculation.By contrast,the formula to calculate value is good agreement with the simulation results,can provide effective support for flexural reinforcement design.
