Iron-based amorphous alloy strip has excellent magnetic conductivity.Its main application field is amorphous transformer,and it is one of the most promising materials for transformer core fabrication.In recent years,with the rapid progress of amorphous alloy strip technology in China,10000-ton amorphous strip production lines have been set up in Beijing,Qingdao and Ningbo.But the strip grabbing and coiling systems on the production lines are imported from abroad.Because of the soft mechanical characteristics of the asynchronous motor,the coiling speed and tension of the system can not be guaranteed.Controlled within the error,the coiling rate of tape is low;if the double closed-loop servo system of DC motor is used,the control accuracy still can not meet the requirements;while the mechanical characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor are better than that of asynchronous motor,and the servo drive system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is composed of high precision speed measuring encoder,vector frequency converter and special software of industrial control computer,so as to make the amorphous tape grasp synchronously.The coiling performance of strip and constant tension has been significantly improved.Under this background,the grabbing and winding system of amorphous strip production line based on permanent magnet synchronous servo system is designed in this paper.Firstly,the steady-state performance of permanent magnet synchronous servo motor is analyzed,then the hardware configuration and software construction system of the control system are studied,and then the actual speed control and actual torque control of the coiler are simulated.Using domestic permanent magnet synchronous motor,frequency converter and PLC,the actual control system device is designed and manufactured,which solves the Tape-Taking process.The synchronous grabbing and constant tension control of coiling roll and spraying roll are discussed in this paper.Finally,by comparing the experimental data recorded on site and the quality of strip in different production lines,it is verified that the tension is more stable and the strip indexes are more in line with expectations under permanent magnet synchronous servo system.
