In recent years,China's railway industry has flourished,and the speed of passenger trains has grown from an early tens of kilometers per hour to more than 300 kilometers per hour.With the increase of train running speed,the load of the key components of the train represented by the axle is more severe,and the fatigue problem is becoming more and more prominent.The load spectrum is the key to studying structural fatigue problems.This paper takes a certain type of Chinese standard EMU as the research object,and studies it based on the measured load-time history data on the Daxi High Speed Railway:(1)The finite element calculation is performed by Ansys software to determine the position of the wheel punching and the position of the wheel and axle strain gauge.According to the UIC510-5 standard,the wheel after punching is loaded under three working conditions,and the static strength and fatigue strength are evaluated.(2)According to the difference of wheel and rail contact under different working conditions during the actual operation of the train,the corresponding calibration scheme is formulated,and the calibration test of the force-measuring wheel is completed.The stress-load transfer coefficient is obtained.(3)The tset was accomplished in Yangqu to Yuanping section during the Daxi high speed railway,and the stress-time history data was collected.Compile the load spectrum of different speed grades and working conditions.Analyze the characteristics of different speed grades and loads.(4)Observe the characteristics of the load spectrum,fit it to the distribution,and solve the distribution parameters.Hypothesis testing of the individual parameters was performed by K-S test.Inferred statistics on the load spectrum distribution parameters of the same speed grade and working conditions,determine the statistical load spectrum distribution parameters and complete the compilation of the statistical load spectrum.(5)Through the statistical load spectrum,the equivalent load of the vehicle under normal operating conditions is obtained.The flat wheel model is established by the simpack dynamics software.The load spectrum of the flat wheel passing curve is obtained by simulation.According to the ratio of the equivalent load in the case of the presence or absence of the flat sputum obtained from the simulation,the equivalent load in the actual operation with the flat is estimated,which provides a basis for the formulation of the loading test of the bench test.
