With the continuous development of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the demand for distribution in Beijing is increasing,and higher requirements are placed on the level of distribution services.In the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-speed railway network,a large part of the passenger flow has been transferred to the high-speed railway.The Beijing passenger and cargo railway trunk line has been gradually divided,and the continuous construction of the hub freight system and the adjustment of the Beijing industrial organization have released a large number of railway freight transport capabilities.For megacities such as Beijing,how to coordinate existing resources and logistics development is always an important content.At present,the Beijing Railway Bureau has begun to plan the urban distribution model of "outside assembly" to coordinate the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration and the planning of the Beijing Municipal Government.This paper is based on the external collection and internal distribution logistics distribution model which is planned by the Beijing Railway Administration.At the same time,it analyzes the impact on traffic,cost and timeliness before and after the joint rail transport to find out whether the model can effectively reduce the distribution cost.Improve distribution efficiency and reduce traffic pressure.The main work and research conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Firstly,this paper analyzes the source of road and rail freight transportation,and finds that they have strong substitution relationship.It is considered that Beijing adopts railway to develop urban distribution with reasonableness.At the same time,through long-term observation of the traffic conditions of the Beijing road network,the changes of the running speed of vehicles in Beijing are counted.It is believed that the driving speed of the distribution vehicles is greatly affected in different time periods in Beijing,and the traffic scheduling problem needs to be considered in the vehicle scheduling problem.Secondly,this paper analyzes the distribution of express delivery and the distribution of supermarkets in the convenience store of supermarkets.The discretization process is performed by Gaussian kernel function.Finally,the location and demand information of customers are obtained through joint clustering of three distributions by kmeans,making the vehicle scheduling scheme more realistic demand.2.According to the external collection and internal distribution logistics distribution model which is planned by the Beijing Railway Administration,the vehicle scheduling model of Beijing railway and rail transit under time-varying road network is constructed.The time-varying speed,customer time window and train arrival time window are three limits,which makes the model more realistic.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the model for time requirements,an improved tabu search algorithm combining time cycle method with random time is designed,and it is verified that the model is easier to find the optimal solution than the simple random time mode.3.This paper analyzes the distribution data of Beijing and the situation of road network as the research object,and dynamically adjusts the number of customers and the amount of distribution,and compares and analyzes the results of the vehicle-scheduled vehicle model under the time-varying road network.The proposal of the plan,while comparing the cost situation before and after the use of the railway and the use of the vehicle,with the increase in the number of customers or the increase in the volume of distribution,the advantages of the rail and rail transport gradually emerged.In this paper,the multi-agent simulation method is used to verify the feasibility of the model.The simulation of the traffic section effectively avoids the congestion time period.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the simulation path,the influence of the scheme on the traffic in Beijing is given.There are 31 figures,14 tables and 71 references.
