With the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for the quality of living environment in the international arena,green building materials are more and more valued and loved by people,resulting in a sharp increase in the demand for environmental-friendly building decoration materials.Wood-based panels are one of the most important building decoration materials,which make full use of forest resources.Wood-based panels are made of wood wool materials,which are bonded by different adhesives,different billets and different hot-pressing processes.This material has the characteristics of sound absorption,heat insulation,fire prevention and moisture proof,flame retardant,moth-proof,etc.It has great application prospects in indoor home decoration and is a good building decoration material.Therefore,it is the focus and difficulty of research to develop new woodwork decoration board,and to continuously improve the performance and decoration effect of the board.Starting from the research and development of environmentally friendly decorative wood materials,poplar wood wool is selected as monomer material and epoxy resin adhesive as binder to prepare high quality and environmentally friendly wood wool decorative board.The preparation process of wood wool monomer,the properties of wood monomer,the dyeing process of wood wool and the hot pressing process(sizing amount,hot pressing time,hot pressing temperature and hot pressing pressure)are studied.The effect on the physical and mechanical properties and decorative properties of wood wool decorative board was studied.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Undyed wood silk monomer with moisture content of 5.4%,density of 0.44 g cm-3 and tensile strength of 50.79 MPa.After dyeing with direct R,direct sunproof scarlet 4BS and reactive brilliant blue X-3B,the density of wood monomer was 0.45g cm-3,0.45g cm-3 and 0.46g cm-3,respectively.2.The effects of sizing amount,hot pressing time,hot pressing temperature and pressure on the physical and mechanical properties of sheet metal were studied by single factor test.The results show that the optimum technological parameters for the preparation of wood wool decorative board are as follows:sizing 18%,hot pressing temperature 170℃,hot pressing time 5 min,and hot pressing pressure 3 MPa.3.The effects of wood dyeing treatment on the physical and mechanical properties of wood(MOR,MOE,IB,TS)were studied.The results showed that the dyeing treatment had no significant effect on the physical and mechanical properties of wood decorative board.At the same time,wood dyeing treatment could effectively improve the decorative properties of wood decorative board.4.The effect of the arrangement of wood monomers on the physical and mechanical properties of wood wool decorative panels was studied.The results showed that the arrangement of wood wool monomers had no significant effect on the physical properties of wood-wool decorative panels,but had a significant effect on the mechanical properties of wood-wool decorative panels.5.The effect of the arrangement of wood wool monomers on the sound absorption performance of wood wool decorative panels was studied.The results show that the arrangement of wood wools in wood wool decorative panels has a significant effect on the sound absorption performance of wood panels.The order of sound absorption effect is:arrangement b>arrangement a>arrangement c,and when the frequency is 500 Hz,the sound absorption coefficient is the smallest,reaching the maximum at 2000 Hz.After 2000 Hz,the sound absorption coefficient is basically unchanged,approaching 1.0.6.A comparative study on the wear resistance of wood wool decorative board was carried out.The results show that the wear values of the same wood wool decorative board at different locations are very small,indicating that the wear resistance of each location of wood wool decorative board is basically the same.7.The weatherability of wood wool decorative board was studied comparatively.The results showed that the dyeing treatment of wood-wool had a significant effect on the light color fastness of wood-wool decorative board,and different dyeing treatments changed significantly with the light color.The order of light resistance was direct sunlight-resistant scarlet 4BS>Direct Yellow R>control group>reactive brilliant blue X-3B.
