Railway signal technology rapid development,China railway transport capacity of the system is closely related to the signal equipment running status,security and reliability of the signal equipment is the basis of the guarantee ability of railway transportation,will inevitably be in the process of service failure and maintenance of the railway signals as an institution of railway signal maintenance guarantee by taking more and more important role.In the past,the maintenance of railway signal equipment was inconvenient because of the disordered account books and disadvantageous equipment maintenance.Aiming at the disadvantages of railway signal equipment maintenance management,this paper USES the Internet of things technology to build the management system of railway signal equipment maintenance.The system USES the Internet of things technology(RFID,Zigbee wireless network)to collect and transmit the signal equipment information and maintenance information,manage the signal equipment warehouse,and realize the function of real-time,accurate,quick and labor-saving.Firstly,based on the analysis of RFID and Internet of things technology,combined with the application environment of the system,demonstrate the design principles and functional requirements of the system,and put forward the overall design scheme of the system.This system is composed of information acquisition and transmission,information acquisition of incoming equipment,signal equipment warehouse management,signal equipment data processing and other systems.Secondly,combined with the way of information collection to process the data,select the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for health assessment of signal equipment,according to the obtained health status to develop the corresponding maintenance strategy.Taking the switch machine of signal equipment maintenance institute as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of high mechanical failure rate,fuzziness and randomness,and establishes an equipment health status evaluation model that combines cloud model with subjective and objective combination weighting.Firstly,a comprehensive index system affecting the health state of switch machine is established from four aspects of "equipment-environment-personnel-management".At the same time,the method of improving AHP(subjective method)and CRITIC method(objective method)are chosen to calculate the weights of 20 corresponding index layers.Two combined weighting methods(multiplicative integration method and dynamic weighting method)were used to compare and obtain the combined weights of the corresponding seven component layers.Then,through cloud model theory and combination weighting intersection,combined with cloud similarity computing equipment current health status level.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by an example.The system can effectively improve the management efficiency of railway signal equipment overhaul and the safety and reliability of the repaired equipment.Finally,using the Visual C + + development platform and SQL Server 2008 database design has realized the railway signal maintenance information management platform,realizes the equipment information management,equipment maintenance and management,health assessment,warehouse management,communication Settings,and other functions,using the advantage of the Internet of things,give full play to the advantage of the platform management system,realized the integrated management of equipment and maintenance,improve repair has the advantage of information management.
