Our country is in a period of rapid economic development. The demand for electricity is increasing. In order to improve the ability to solve the demand for electricity supply, the state has vigorously developed 1000 kV UHV AC transmission lines that have sufficient transmission capacity, which has played a crucial role in China's economic development. With the gradual improvement of people's environmental awareness, the electromagnetic field generated by transmission lines has become a major concern of the public. At present, the electromagnetic environment problem under UHV transmission lines is not very comprehensive, especially for the direct interaction between the electromagnetic environment of UHV transmission lines and the human.A few papers have studied the biological effects on adults under this electromagnetic environment, but studies on minors have not been reported. In this thesis, take the standard 1000 kV UHV transmission line, and the adult and minor human body models as research objects, study the electromagnetic exposure of adults and minors under UHV transmission lines, simulate different human postures influence under UHV transmission lines, and compare the simulation results with ICNIRP guidelines for safety evaluation. In order to assessment electromagnetic exposure for minors, the human body model of the standing height of 1.278 m was established according to the national standard of China. The adult body model of 1.75 m height was established according to the international common ratio. The permittivity and electrical conductivity of different human tissues were calculated, and the electromagnetic model of the human body with different postures was established.According to the established standing posture human body model,it was adjusted to establish a posture human body model in different states such as sitting posture, lying posture, and bending work posture. The tower uses the most common cat head tower in China's 1000 kV UHV AC transmission single-circuit tower. The human body models of different attitudes under UHV AC transmission lines were simulated and calculated. The magnetic induction intensity, induced electric field intensity and distribution in the human body and brain tissue were analyzed. Finally, the simulated results were compared with the ICNIRP guidelines. The results show that for the minors under the UHV AC transmission line, the magnetic induction intensity and the induced electric field strength are within the ICNIRP guide threshold range regardless of the state. The magnetic induction intensity of adults and minors is not much different, and they do not exceed the ICNIRP guideline limit, indicating that the electromagnetic environment will not cause harm to the human body. Therefore, electromagnetic exposure of UHV AC transmission lines is safe for both adults and minors, but it is still necessary to properly protect minors.
