With the continuous development of electrified railway,it has become an indispensable part of daily work and life.The devices,such as crossing line and container equipment in the electrified railway,are usually located above vehicles at work,so the moving contact line is needed to ensure the locomotive can contact wires for continuous flow and the line can be quickly removed from the work position during work;the line can quickly return to the position after operation.Firstly,the research status of moving contact line is introduced in the beginning of the thesis.And then,based on the in-depth study of its working principle,this thesis analyzes the line's parameters,indicators,automatic control mode,manual control mode and maintenance control mode,and discusses the interact cooperation between moving contact line and fixed contact line as well as taking electricity and interlock control in the working process.Secondly,corresponding analyses are also made on the designing and installing of moving contact line.Finally,combined with the S7-300 PLC,the control systems are detailedly introduced,including hardware configuration,system resource allocation,external PLC hardware wiring diagram and system control program of moving contact line,one by one.Besides,S7-300 PLC programming language is used for the simulation of the moving contact line's control system.Simulation results of the moving contact line's control system prove the trueness of the programming and the reasonableness of the designing structure.The usage of moving contact line in electrified railway has brought great convenience for its transportation,operation,etc,which lays the foundation for safe development of electrified railway and shares important theoretical significance and practical value. |
