| Corrugated web and steel bottom plate composite box girder is a new type of structure which replaces concrete bottom plate with flat steel plate on the basis of traditional composite box girder with corrugated web.Because it has the characteristics of light weight,simple construction and good mechanical properties,it can be used as a new choice in bridge construction in China.However,the current research on this kind of structure is not very thorough,so it can not be widely used.Therefore,the research of corrugated web and steel bottom plate composite box girder has important theoretical significance and practical value.Firstly,Based on the box girder theory in the high bridge structure theory,combined with the characteristics of corrugated web and steel bottom plate composite box girder,using the second theory of Umanski to analyze the torsional characteristics and calculation method of the structure.Secondly,using the finite element method to analyze the corrugated web and steel bottom plate composite box girder and flat web and steel bottom plate composite box girder,in the meantime,studing influence of different webs on torsion effect.Thirdly,through ANSYS finite element numerical simulation,the correctness of the finite element model is verified by comparing the experimental results of the elastic stage model load test.Furthermore,different beam end constraints are added to ANSYS finite element model to analyze the influence of different beam end constraints on the torsional mechanical characteristics of corrugated web and steel bottom plate composite box girder.In the end,choosing different parameters of corrugated web and steel bottom plate composite box girder,such as height-span ratio,width-span ratio,thickness of corrugated steel webs and thickness of steel floor to analysis the influence on torsional mechanical characteristics of composite box girder.In this paper,the torsional mechanical properties of ccorrugated web and steel bottom plate composite box girder are analyzed theoretically and simulated by finite element method.It has certain reference significance for perfecting the theoretical analysis and design of this kind of structure. |
