As a new type of building material,HRB600 high-strength steel has many advantages such as high strength and good ductility.The application of HRB600 grade steel can save steel consumption,realize energy conservation,reduce pollutant emission and protect the environment,and can make The structure has a reduced weight and is easy to construct.At present,there is very little use of HRB600 grade steel bars in China,and there is still a big gap between the developed countries and the developed countries.In view of the many advantages of HRB600 and above and the actual national conditions of China's low steel level,it is inevitable to promote the application of high-strength steel in practical engineering.Study the synergistic work of high-strength steel and concrete to realize the application of high-strength steel in practice.has great significance.Reinforced concrete and concrete are two different forms of materials.Although they have similar linear expansion coefficients,they can work together.However,in order to make the reinforced concrete structure work normally and safely,it must have firm and reliable bonding and anchoring properties.In this paper,a series of studies on the cooperative work of HRB600 grade steel and concrete are carried out by the combination of experiment and finite element analysis.The monotonous loading and unloading test was carried out by making 10 sets of 30 prismatic specimens.The factors such as concrete strength,protective layer thickness,bond anchorage length and hooping ratio were investigated for the bonding and anchoring properties between HRB600 grade steel and concrete.Influence;based on the prismatic pull test,it is analyzed and calculated by finite element software,and then compared with the test results.The factors such as steel bar strength,concrete strength,protective layer thickness and steel bar diameter are considered for the HRB600.The influence of the mechanical properties of the reinforced concrete beam is considered by introducing the Combin39 unit at the coupling node of the concrete solid element and the reinforcing bar unit.The results show that the higher the strength of concrete,the greater the ultimate bond strength of the test piece;the greater the thickness of the protective layer of the test piece,the greater the ultimate bond strength;the smaller the relative anchorage length,the greater the ultimate bond strength;The larger the hoop rate,the greater the ultimate bond strength of the test piece;the bond-slip constitutive relationship proposed by Xu You-ling et,al.and Shao Zhuo min et,al.The formula for calculating the ultimate bond strength still has certain applicability to HRB600 grade steel;In time,the ultimate bearing capacity of HRB600 reinforced concrete beams is greater than that of HRB400 reinforced concrete beams;the replacement capacity of HRB600 reinforced concrete beams and HRB400 reinforced concrete beams is approximately equal when the equal strength is replaced,and the replacement method for ensuring the number of steel bars is unchanged.It is better than the replacement method for changing the number of steel bars;the ultimate bearing capacity of the test piece with relatively large protective layer thickness is relatively small;the higher the concrete strength,the greater the ultimate bearing capacity of the test piece.
