The concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge is not only unique in shape,elegant in appearance,but also light in weight and high in rigidity.It has good economics and is gradually favored in the construction of urban bridges.Since the arch axis is a skewed curve,the arch ribs are more complicated during the construction process.Therefore,scientific and reasonable construction monitoring is required for the construction of the bridge type,and the influence of different control parameters on the structural stress is considered to ensure the construction safety and construction accuracy of the structure.In this paper,the construction of the bridge,the construction optimization,the parameter analysis of the Bei River CFST profiled arch bridge in Jiuquan city is carried out.The main work is as follows:(1)This paper introduces the development history and construction methods of CFST arch bridges,as well as the development history,characteristics and application scope of special-shaped tied arch bridges,and briefly summarizes the domestic and foreign development and application research of bridge construction monitoring technology.(2)The calculation model of the construction process of Bei River Bridge was established by Midas finite element software.The stress and displacement of the bridge were analyzed.The control section and key construction steps were found during the construction process.The concrete lining and arch rib of the bridge arch rib and the stent removal program was optimized for analysis.(3)The effects of temperature change,shrinkage and creep,and heavy changes of arch ribs on the stress of the rib are analyzed.(4)The measured data in the construction process are compared with the theoretical data.The results show that the line shape,stress and the cable force of the bridge are well controlled to meet the requirements of design and specification.
