In this paper,the classical compatible equation is used to optimize the active and reactive power.This paper mainly focused on the follow four aspects which are power flow calculation,network loss increment ratio,active load economic distribution and reactive power optimization.The dynamic power flow algorithm is introduced in which the unblanced power is shared by all the generator nodes.A practical sparse matrix technology is used in power flow calculation,which can greatly improve the efficiency of the algorithm.Also,the impendence matrix method,the admittance matrix method,the Jacobian matrix method,the transposed Jacobian matrix method and the distribution factor method are introduced to obtain the network loss micro-increasing rate.The examples show the high accuracy of the Jacobian matrix method and the transposed Jacobian matrix method and the admittance method is fastest.Then the classical compatible equation and the modified compatible equation are used for active optimization,which verifies the correctness of the two equations.Finally,two calculation methods which using the meaning of the net loss micro-increment rate and the value of K to obtain the reactive source correction direction and amount are compared,and introduce a new adjustment method of transformer tap at last.
