The high-speed maglev turnout is a one-piece steel beam with the length of 70-150 meters.The track switch of turnout is realized by the elastic deformation of the beam driven by multi-driving points.During the process of track switch,if the multi-driving points are not well coordinated,it will lead to stress concentration of the turnout beam and further affects the mechanical life of the beam,and even causes beam crack,which endangers the operation safety of the maglev trains.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to study the safety coordinated control of multi-driving points of maglev turnout.In this thesis,the stress analysis of turnout beam is carried out firstly,and aiming at eliminating stress concentration in the whole process of beam elastic deformation,the formula of the multi-driving point coordination relationship is obtained.Then,the maglev turnout safety control system based on safety-critical computer platform is proposed.And a parallel coordinated controller with fuzzy compensator is designed for the multi-driving points.On this basis,the prototype of the maglev turnout control system based on safety-critical computer is developed and verification of the system is completed.The main works of the thesis are as follows:(1)The high-speed equilateral turnout is used as the object to analyze the stress of the turnout steel beam.For the purpose of eliminating stress concentration in the whole process of beam elastic deformation,the optimal dynamic transition line shape of the turnout beam is solved and the position coordinating formula of the multi-driving points is calculated according to the transition line shape.(2)Considering the requirement of safety coordinated control of maglev turnout,the maglev turnout safety control system based on safety-critical computer platform is proposed.On this basis,a parallel coordinated controller with fuzzy compensator of the turnout multi-driving points is designed.Taking the experience of the existing high-speed maglev operation control system,the safety control strategy of the turnout is studied.(3)The prototype of the maglev turnout control system is completed.The key hardware circuits such as the CPU board and safety input/output board of the maglev turnout control system are developed.The single-motor position servo control system software and the multi-driving motors coordinated safety control system software are implemented.(4)A turnout model is designed based on the actual maglev turnout structure,and the experimental platform is built to conduct the testing of the maglev turnout safety control system.The feasibility of the proposed solution of high-speed maglev turnout multi-motor coordinated safety control system is verified.
