Automated Manual Transmission(AMT)is an automatic transmission developed on the basis of a conventional mechanical transmission.AMT has the advantages of high transmission efficiency,low cost and easy realization,and is suitable for the basic national conditions of the development of automatic transmission technology in China.Today,AMT has become one of the directions in the development of automatic transmission technology.The development of AMT requires breakthroughs in many key technologies,one of which is the shifting actuator design and control strategy research.Therefore,the design of the actuator is the premise of whether the AMT system can work normally.The motor is used as the power source of the AMT shifiting actuator,and the position control of the motor becomes especially critical.In order to improve the quality of AMT shifting,combined with the performance requirements of the shifting process,design a reasonable shifting actuator,select the appropriate shifting motor,study and formulate appropriate control strategies,and improve the shifting comfort of AMT vehicles.And ride comfort has practical significance.In this paper,the AMT of a certain model is taken as the research object,and the influencing factors of the shift quality at different stages are analyzed.The synchronization stage of the shifting process is determined as the key stage of shift quality control.According to the structure of the manual shifting actuator,The force analysis of the-self-locking and interlocking resistance of the fork shaft was carried out.According to the selection of shift control requirements,the selection of the shift control target is established,and the control strategy of the shift selector is determined according to the control target by the neural network and the cuckoo search algorithm to achieve accurate positioning and torque of the shift selector motor,control.This allows precise positioning of the shift selector motor and reduces control errors compared to conventional controls.According to the structure and working principle of the motor,mathematically model the control system of the shifting motor,and use MATLAB/SIMULINK to simulate and analyze the position and torque control of the actuator motor according to the control strategy.And torque real-time control,anti-load disturbance and robust performance and effectiveness.Finally,the model and control strategy are analyzed and verified by the AMT experimental bench.Through simulation and experiment,compared with the traditional control strategy,the control strategy developed in this paper has fast response,good robustness and high control precision,which can achieve the initial goal and show the effectiveness of the control method.This has important practical significance,high practical value and application prospects for improving the smoothness and ride comfort of AMT vehicles.
