As an important safety facility for highway at night,anti-glare panels can not only prevent dazzling headlights,improve night driving conditions,increase driver's effective line of sight,eliminate driver's nighttime driving fatigue,and reduce traffic accidents.but also improve the highway landscape,overcome the monotony of driving,and adjust the driver's vision.To enrich the anti-glare plate variety and improve its cost performance,we take the bamboo processing residue(bamboo ash)as the substrate,nano-aluminum powder and epoxy resin powder as the reinforcing factor,and use the experimental design and analysis methods,which are the response surface method,finite element method,thermal weight loss,etc.Finally we make the bamboo composite anti-glare panel which can meet the anti-glare requirements of the expressway,and its performance was characterized.The main research contents as follows:(1)The bamboo composite anti-glare material was prepared by using bamboo ash as the substrate,nano-corundum powder and epoxy resin powder as the reinforcing factor,and the distribution ratio and temperature-pressure forming process were optimized by the response surface method.The optimum ratio of nano-corundum powder and epoxy resin powder was 9.8wt%and 8wt%,respectively.The optimum forming parameters were:forming temperature 165?,forming pressure 70 MPa,holding pressure holding time 35 min.(2)Preparation of bamboo composite anti-glare sheet under the optimal process and optimum distribution ratio,and characterizing its properties.It was found that its density,static bending strength,tensile strength,elastic modulus and water absorption were 1.47g/cm3,81.73MPa,36MPa,8080MPa and 0.63%,respectively,and the SEM photograph showed that the structure was dense and plasticized,showing good The comprehensive performance;it is immersed in 10%NaOH solution and 30%H2SO4 solution for 168h without softening,wrinkles,bubbles,cracking,dissolution and other traces,in line with national standard GB/T24718-2009 anti-glare plate corrosion resistance requirements Its thermal weight loss performance is significantly better than bamboo ash and bamboo ash temperature and pressure test pieces,with good weather resistance.(3)The anti-glare model was established by Solidworks.The mechanical properties of bamboo anti-glare sheet and PP alloy were given to the anti-glare panel model.The stress and strain analysis of the two materials were performed by ANSYS Workbench finite element software.It is found that the anti-glare plate has the maximum displacement deformation due to the wind pressure load.The stress concentration areas of the two anti-glare plates under the three winds of strong wind,strong wind and gale are basically the same,but the two anti-glare plates The strain under the three kinds of winds has obvious difference,which indicates that the bamboo composite anti-glare sheet has better wind resistance.
