The end face gear type of flange is the key connection between heavy truck transmission parts.t has been widely used in heavy truck power transmission because of its large mutual gear surface,reliable connection,large transmission torque,which improves the reliability of the transmission system.The flange not only has to transmit a large torque but also has a high degree of rotation accuracy.The oversized flange not only easily causes resonance when the car is running,but also accelerates damage to the car gearbox,drive shaft and drive axle.The long-term safety of the car driving bring hidden dangers.The end face gear type of flange has strict dimensional requirements for the 70°angle of the end face gear,the inclination of the gear surface,the depth of the gear surface,and the symmetry of the gear surface.The processing of the existing flange end face gear is either due to the processing method reasons for the processing of the parts of the comprehensive cost is too high for mass production,or the symmetry of the end face gear is out of tolerance due to the unreasonable production process and the broaching fixture problem,the same gear Problems such as unevenness at both ends of the groove depth.The high precision and high efficiency machining of flange end face gear has become a symbol of the production level of heavy clamping flanges.This subject mainly studies the high precision and high efficiency machining technology of flange end face gear,analyzes the flange processing method and common process problems,studies more reasonable processing techniques and methods,as well as in-depth study and improvement of various problems existing in existing flange face broaching fixtures,and determine the new side-lying pull fixture structure.Simulation finite element analysis is carried out on the key positioning spline in the flange end face gear clamp,and the optimal structure of the spline up sleeve is studied to improve the centering accuracy of the spline up sleeve.At the same time,the PLC+ touch screen is used as the broaching fixture electrical Control core improves reliability and stability of fixture operation.The designed fixture has reasonable structure,high positioning accuracy,reliable clamping,accurate dividing,convenient operation,stable operation and low labor intensity.In the actual batch production verification of the production enterprises,the product precision of the flange is significantly improved,with good comprehensive quality,high processing efficiency and high precision retention.After the detection by 3d coordinate measuring instrument,the drawing requirements are completely met,and the key processing technology of the flange end face gear with high precision and high efficiency is achieved.The research on the key technology of high precision machining of flange end face gear in this project is to solve the difficulties in the manufacturing process of the end face gear type of flange of the heavy truck,so that the high precision machining of end face gear type of flange is guaranteed technically,which is of great significance for promoting the high speed development of the heavy truck industry.
