Study On Vegetarian Dining Space Design

This article starts with the idea that vegetarianism is a healthy lifestyle,based on the research of vegetarian culture at home and abroad,relying on the potential value of vegetarianism,Through in-depth research on vegetarian restaurants in China's economically developed regions,we have made in-depth analysis and summary of vegetarian restaurants in China.Through multi-angle investigation and research,the cultural and economic value of vegetarian catering space is enhanced from the perspective of restaurant space design,so as to help operators achieve the purpose of Promoting Vegetarian culture.Firstly,this paper systematically analyses the internal relations between vegetarian food and space,people,theme culture,furniture furnishings,light environment,operators and consumers.Through the data analysis of the vegetarian group questionnaire,we can understand the current needs of vegetarian groups.Secondly,this paper investigates and analyses the middle and low-grade vegetarian restaurants according to consumption level,on the basis of a large number of case studies and vegetarian lifestyle analysis,the optimization strategy of contemporary vegetarian restaurant space is put forward:design thinking,principles and space design elements.The thinking of space design includes:Strengthen aesthetics and artistic conception,highlight culture,integration of internal and external,and functional integration;Space design principles include:Four strategies for precise positioning of consumer groups,parallelism of multiculturalism,matching of vegetarian lifestyles and spatial and artistic concepts,and “simple”;Space design elements include: "Quiet","Simple","Elegant","Healthy","Ecology" and "Efficient Utilization" of Space.At the same time,through the design practice,the strategies and elements of the study will be applied to practical projects,which will play a positive role in promoting the concept of vegetarian diet and promoting the popularization of vegetarian lifestyle.
