| In practical engineering,the complex structure of the steel silo,the frequent occurrence of extreme weather such as typhoon and lacking of understanding about the influence of the layout on the wind pressure of the steel silo result in cracking and damage of the steel silo.The different layouts have a great influence on the wind pressure of the steel silo surface.Therefore,it is necessary to study the wind pressure distribution law of single steel silo and steel silo group with different layouts and different spacing ratios under strong winds.Firstly,the Realizable k-ε turbulent model and SIMPLEC algorithm are used to simulate the wind field of single steel silo and steel siol group of different layouts and different spacing ratios by using the dynamics software Fluent The wind pressure distribution on the surface of single and group warehouse is obtained.And the wind pressure distribution law of the surface of the steel plate silo under the different arrangement ratios and the different arrangement forms under the same spacing ratio is summarized.Then,according to the results of numerical simulation,the wind load shape coefficient of steel silo of the silo wall and the silo roof under different arrangement forms and different spacing ratios are calculated.The result shows the distribution rules of wind load shape coefficients on the top and the wall surface of steel silo group with the same layout under different spacing ratios.Besides,the distribution rules of wind load shape coefficients on the top and the wall surface of steel silo group with the same layout under different spacing ratios are also summarized.Finally,through the integrated analysis of the wind pressure and wind load shape coefficients,the optimal arrangement form and arrangement spacing ratios of the steel soil group are summarized. |
