With the continuous development of the national economy,the increasing number of vehicles and the increasing number of buildings have forced the foundation pits to dig deeper and deeper.In some areas,the excavation depth of the foundation pits has reached more than 30 meters,and the foundation pit support fees are constantly rising.In some projects,the foundation pit support investment has even exceeded 10%of the total construction cost of the building civil engineering.The foundation pit support project is an important sub-project of "more throwing waste,less throwing disaster".Although the foundation pit support is a temporary structure with a use period of only about one year,its safety is no less than that of the building structure itself.Therefore,Foundation pit support has always been the "chicken rib" in the construction engineering field.It is well known that the cost control of foundation pit support is mainly in the design phase.How to select the design plan that is both economical and safe has become the goal of all geotechnical designers.The deep foundation pit engineering design is a comprehensive and highly specialized system engineering,which requires geotechnical designers not only to have knowledge of soil mechanics,Geological engineering,and structural mechanics.Must also master the foundation engineering,Foundation treatment,cost control,calculation software application,support engineering construction and other multidisciplinary expertise.Because of the diversity of soil and the complexity of the construction site,it is difficult to ensure the rationality of the design scheme of foundation pit.Therefore,based on the background of selecting the optimal design scheme of foundation pit support in A project,this paper analyzes and selects the foundation pit support design scheme in order to reach the best critical balance between the function and cost of foundation pit support.First of all,according to the normal production procedures of the construction project,through bidding on the surrounding environment characteristics,Geological conditions,support safety level and deformation control level of the A project,through the organization of experts to analyze and compare each bid plan,and seek the advantages and disadvantages of each support plan.And added to create improvements,intuitive selection of three more feasible design solutions.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the A engineering support project,the function of the project is sorted out,analyzed and evaluated using the value engineering theory.Given that the selection of the foundation pit support project is affected by many factors,this paper uses multi-level analysis method.The principle of value engineering makes an in-depth analysis of multiple schemes,so that the solution to the problem can achieve the best balance between accuracy and simplicity,and studies the multiple attributes and optimal decisions of the design of the foundation pit support project.The optimal design scheme of foundation pit in A project is selected by evaluating each support design scheme according to the principle of value engineering.Furthermore,combining with the effect of foundation pit support in the construction stage of A project,the technical,economic and environmental impact tests and analyses are carried out,and the rationality of foundation pit support design is optimized by applying value engineering theory.In a word,the application of value engineering theory in the selection and optimization of foundation pit support design is proved by A engineering application example,which can coordinate the function and cost of foundation pit support better.It is proved that the application of value engineering theory to the selection and optimization of foundation pit design scheme is objective and reasonable.Finally,the savings of foundation pit support is one of the most profitable costs in the construction project.After the reasonable selection of the plan,it can not only greatly save investment funds,but also contribute to energy conservation and emission reduction,and create green buildings.It can be said that "the benefits are in the present,and the merits are in the autumn."In this paper,there are 10 figures,25 tables and 50 references.
