This structural form of membrane structure has been around for a long time. With the progress of the times and the pioneering and innovative development of the building materials industry,Membrane structure has entered the ranks of permanent buildings,no longer a temporary building. The membrane structure attracts people's attention with its beautiful curve shape, which has attracted people's attention and recognition. This paper describes the development background of membrane structure, the research status of membrane structure aeroelastic model and the fluid-solid coupling phenomenon of membrane structure.Among them, the fluid-solid coupling of the membrane structure is emphasized, and the three factors of the additional quality, the additional mass analysis method, the additional mass theory analysis model and the additional mass distribution model are elaborated. This paper introduces the method of shape finding, modal analysis, extraction frequency and mode shape of square planar membrane structure, triangular planar membrane structure and circular planar membrane structure based on ANSYS software. The frequency of the three membrane structures was parametrically analyzed without considering the fluid-solid coupling and considering the fluid-solid coupling. The results show that under the effect of fluid-solid coupling, the frequency of the membrane structure is greatly affected. In the analysis of vibration mode, the vibration mode confidence values of three planar membrane structures in air and vacuum are calculated by using MATLAB software, and the correlation between three plane membrane structure modes in air and vacuum is analyzed.
