High quality and stable operation of power system is an important foundation for the healthy and rapid development of national economy.With the continuous improvement of the power system voltage levels,the accurate measurement of the high voltage is particularly important.The ciurrent methods of measuring high voltage are described roughly below:voltage transformer method,ball gap measurement method,voltage divider method and electrostatic voltmeter method and so on.The method to be described in this article is an electrostatic voltmeter to measure the high voltage,but the principle and structure of this electrostatic voltmeter is different from conventional electrostatic voltmeter,it is combined a weak force test technology with the principle of the conventional electrostatic voltmeter,developed into a new high voltage electrostatic voltmeter.New high voltage electrostatic voltmeter is based on the principle of the piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric material as the theoretical basis,based on the characteristics of the material itself,measure the required voltage signals by the conversion of the power and the mechanical quantity,then calculate the value of the high voltage applied,the development of such new electrostatic voltmeter will make the measurement of the high voltage more simple,convenient and accurate in the laboratory.The article starts from the basics of electrostatic voltmeter and piezoelectric materials,understand the principle,structure and development of the existing electrostatic voltmeter,and piezoelectric properties of the materials,the development process,and so on,to choices the best piezoelectric material for the new high-voltage electrostatic volfineter.The feasibility of the new high-voltage electrostatic voltmeter are analyzed theoretically,and complete a detailed theoretical derivation for new high voltage electrostatic voltmeter,finally,we need to comlete the design of the overall structure.Measuring circuit portion is a key part of the article,the measurement circuit which the most commonly used for the sensor is the voltage amplifier or a charge amplifier,the amplifier can be obtained a voltage output proportional to the input.By the theoretical analysis for each measurement circuit,the formula derivation,we find out the measurement circuit suitable for the present experiment.Finally,the new electrostatic voltmeter must go through the overall principle experiment under the existing conditions in the laboratory,and we take some ways to reduce outside interference.Through continuous experimentation and constantly sum up experience,finally we get the real measurement signal,and then we make the Fourier analysis to the signal,finishing the experimental data,the final measurement result is more satisfactory.Verify by experiment and theory,the design of the article can basically meet the requirements,experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the design.
